Chiudi gli Occhi e Poi Vedi — launched in 2024 — is the 13th and most recent fragrance in Filippo Sorcinelli's monumental UNUM collection, and the final chapter of his Fear Trilogy, which began with But Not Today in 2018 and continued with Né il Giorno Né l'Ora in 2023. The subject of this final chapter: coulrophobia — the fear of clowns.

Inspired by Pennywise, the iconic evil clown of Stephen King's "It" — a figure that has terrorized generations of readers and viewers — Chiudi gli Occhi e Poi Vedi explores the deepest nature of that fear: the terror of the familiar made strange, the anxiety of not recognizing something that once brought comfort. Like all great art about fear, it is also — paradoxically — deeply fascinating.
