Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for unclaimed or lost package.  You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part.

To start a return, you can contact us at peuphoriamiami@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders may be returned up to 7 days from the ship date for a full refund minus shipping.

Cancellations

There is a $4.99  cancellation fee per order.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers , gift sets, sale items and gift cards, and products  with a value of more than $150 (if purchased). 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damage

PEUPHORIA MIAMI  documents the images of the products before being shipping  in case of any claim .Any damage to product in transit MUST be documented. We will need images of the product in its packaging and the box in which it was shipped. Please provide images of the outside box and any leaking or damages to the product itself as well. Without documentation we cannot create a claim for replacement/refund. PEUPHORIA MIAMI  uses heavy weighted boxes to protect our products and rarely sees an issue with product safety, but in the off chance there is please make sure to reach out and include imagery to support the damage.
